This has been a really good year for me. I've been working on self-improvement and gaining more confidence with each positive step I take. One of my goals, for example, was to get in shape so I could confidently go to the beach wearing a bikini. I know you don't need a perfect body to go the beach, but I wanted to turn a few heads while I was there.
I'll share with you a little more about how I reached that one particular goal. I found a review of this program for women. At first I was a little unsure about it because I've never tried to use any kind of online workout program. But the blogger seemed pretty straightforward in his evaluation and didn't try to hype it up or present it as some kind of "quick fix" to a great body. It seemed like it was worth a try because I did need a little bit of help in designing my program (including the diet).
Help is exactly what I received when I ordered Bikini Body Workouts. I wanted something that was specifically designed for women. I wanted to transform my body without spending every waking moment in the gym. I wanted a reasonable diet that I could follow. This program was all of that and more.
It only took about three months for me to complete my transformation. Fitness is always a work in progress, but I mean reaching my goal of being confident on the beach. I should note here that I wasn't exactly overweight, so it's not like I had to lose 50 lb. That kind of weight loss would take longer.
Anyway, I'm excited about how things are going for me. Maybe some day I'll take things to another level and consider joining some kind of fitness contest. That can wait, and I'm not really sure I want to endure that level of rigorous training (not to mention the strict dieting). For now I'm just happy to see what I can do when I put my mind to it.
